12. No Warranty & Assumption of Risk

• Your use of the Service is at your own risk. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
• You acknowledge that any reliance on content or services provided is at your own discretion.

13. Waiver of Class Actions & Limitation on Claims

• You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or other representative proceeding.
• Any claim against us must be filed within one year of the event giving rise to the claim, or it is permanently barred.

14. Service Availability & Downtime

• While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to the Service, we do not guarantee uptime or availability.
