विफल रन की जाँच करें

• result.run.status
• result.run.error
• latest step का status, error और modelAttempts
• Gateway logs से correlate करने के लिए requestId और nativeResponseId

सामान्य जाँचें

• Confirm करें कि server process को PHASEO_API_KEY उपलब्ध है।
• हर tool को unique और stable id दें।
• Approve, reject या manual output देते समय exact tool-call IDs का उपयोग करें।
• Model retries सीमित रखें; validation और approval failures पर blindly retry न करें।
• Browser या queue worker को control लौटाने से पहले paused run state persist करें।
