> 了解 PHP Agent SDK 的用途及其当前提供的功能。

PHP Agent SDK 是 Phaseo Gateway 的完整本地 Agent 状态机，包含重试、超时检查、人工审核、可恢复状态、生命周期事件和 DevTools 捕获。工具回调在标准 PHP 运行时中同步执行。

* 轻量且有界的工具循环
* 由网关支持的 `responses` 请求
