# Installation

> Install the TypeScript Agent SDK and its core dependency.

## Install

```bash theme={null}
pnpm add @phaseo/sdk @phaseo/agent-sdk
```

You can also use `npm` or `yarn` if that matches your app:

```bash theme={null}
npm install @phaseo/sdk @phaseo/agent-sdk
```

## Environment

Set your gateway API key before running examples:

```bash theme={null}
export PHASEO_API_KEY="phaseo_v1_sk_..."
```
