# C# Agent SDK से टिकट की प्राथमिक छँटाई करें

> एक .NET सेवा के भीतर स्थानीय टूल से टिकट वर्गीकृत करने के लिए C# Agent SDK उपयोग करें।

.NET सेवा में आने वाले सहायता टिकटों को वर्गीकृत या संक्षेप करने के लिए यह रेसिपी उपयोग करें।

## 1. SDK तैयार करें

## 2. आंतरिक लुकअप टूल तय करें

## 3. एजेंट बनाएँ और चलाएँ

## यह रेसिपी कब उपयुक्त है

* वर्कफ़्लो एक ASP.NET सेवा या worker के भीतर हो
* आपका स्थानीय runtime पहले से आंतरिक टिकट की स्थिति ला सकता हो
* queue या approval जोड़ने से पहले सीमित agent loop चाहिए
